We are now looking for a Change Control Administrator for a 12 month secondment/fixed term contract.
As a Change Control Administrator you will join our dynamic External Sourcing team, working across Quality and Supply Chain. We take ownership and responsibility for ensuring the continuity of supply, of new and established AstraZeneca brands.
The key to success in this assignment is good communication, and an ability to build, maintain and develop internal relations.
What you’ll do
Train as a Super User in the Change Management System and in Change Control Management
Support and enable change management within the External Sourcing function overall
Facilitate and Administrate change requests in our Change Management System
Collaborate with change owners across the Global External Sourcing function, Global Supplier Quality and across wider AZ functions including AZ sites and Regulatory
Manage and standardise change requests and secure progress while supporting Change Review Boards
Provide input to system/process development for continuous improvement including taking part in process confirmation activities
Generating metrics for teams within External Sourcing
Essential for the role
Good communication and team working skills
Structured and strong administrator
Proficient with Computer Systems
Desirable for the role
Experience of change management
Ability to work independently
