We’re looking for a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to lead a growing software project in the education technology space.
This is a pioneering project using the latest and greatest tech – Next/Typescript frontend, dockerized Nest/Typescript backend, GraphQL, and lambda functions containing dockerized question feedback functions – to enable students to answer complex questions and receive rich, detailed automatic feedback, while giving teachers deep insights into how their students are doing.
Implement the software, pioneer the product, foster the community, be part of the team!
About the software
Demo at https://lambdafeedback.com
We are developing new software to automate feedback to students based on data analytics and advanced ‘maths aware’ algorithms that interpret student homework. The software will support students during their study, so that they can make more progress independently and have a better idea of where they need support. Teachers will then be able to spend quality time having enriching discussions with students, rather than concentrating on providing marks and feedback which could be automated.
Applicants must be UK based. You must be able to visit campus for certain activities. Within those requirements we are very flexible with your location and schedule if you have other constraints in your life – this is a very family friendly job.
