As a Lean Coach you will ensure standard Global Lean processes and practices, training materials and templates are appropriately positioned in the Academy, clearly and simply signposted so as to promote understanding and use across the business.

Through the Lean Academy programmes, you will deliver best practice adult education, facilitation and coaching to provide an industry leading adult learning experience – including participant support before, during and after attendance at the Lean Academy with manufacturing and non-manufacturing business partners.
