We’ll offer you experience in leading an organisation responsible for the supply of existing medicines and the launch of new medicines through significant change whilst maintaining critical supply of multiple brands to patients in a safe and compliant way.
We believe this role will help develop you into an energised coach and role model to lead a part of our exciting new packing facility. This will include motivating, developing and empowering your team to build an environment based on trust.
A clear and natural communicator, you will drive crucial conversations to develop high achieving teams with the right capabilities for both now and the future.
With some existing Lean knowledge, you’ll champion Lean Leadership standardisation, simplification and will build and follow standards with rigour whilst being creative and innovative. We’ll need you to role model standard methodology sharing and adoption across your team and Packing.
You’ll form positive collaborations, actively contribute to global Launch/Supply teams and drive performance and delivery ‘on time’ & ‘in full’ across the full Packing supply chain.
Ideally you’ll have leadership experience and evidence of embedding significant change, operations experience would be advantageous. We’ll support you to lead large teams (circa 100 people) to deliver breakthrough results and transformational performance in a fast-paced, high paced production environment.

- Degree in a Scientific/Engineering subject area or proven experience
- A proven leader, with the ability to develop and engage a team
- Innovative by nature, you will be open and adaptable to delivering transformational change
- Some experience in handling and delivering capital and revenue budgets to target
- Excellent Partner engagement & leadership skills
- Experience of working in a unionised environment would be beneficial
