As Pipeline Integration Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Data-driven decision making (reporting)

  • Work with key customer groups to identify and highlight new opportunities to maximise the value of core GPPM data. 

  • Work with key stakeholders (for example, Global Project Managers and key functional representatives) to devise strategies, to prioritise data issues and ensure remediation actions are agreed.

  • Increase the accessibility of cross-functional data through the development and evolution of business intelligence reports and tools.

Data quality

  • Analyse core GPPM data to proactively identify issues and challenges.  Work with appropriate stakeholders to implement remediation action/programs.

Business Change

  • Identify and lead GPPM/cross-functional improvement initiatives that will take the drive data-driven decision making.

Support & best practice advice

  • Provide support and leadership in the use of GPPM owned tools (for example, CAPIT, RESOURCIT and/or reports)

  • Continuously improved identify and improve user knowledge and understanding to drive self-actuating behaviours

  • Define and advise key customers on best practice

  • Assist key stakeholders in the adaptation of data and tool use so that the unique needs are met in the most efficient way. Apply continuous improvement principles to reduce data/tool support and maintenance burden.

Essential skills and experience:

  • University degree (or equivalent) in business and or/sciences

  • Experience of business intelligence tools like Power BI and Spotfire

  • Experience within a support/customer focused role

  • Experience of leading business change initiatives

  • Experience with modelling and databases

  • Experience of Planisware

  • Experience working in the pharma industry and thorough knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug development process

  • Proven stakeholder management with the ability to develop strong and credible working relationships

  • Proven leadership

  • Experience of communicating complex information at a senior level (verbally and written)

Desirable skills and experience:

  • Experience of effective working in a multi-cultural team

  • Flexibility to react to different customer needs for data/information
