We have a fantastic opportunity for a TPM Academy Coach with great knowledge and application of TPM to join the Global team.
The new AstraZeneca Global TPM Academy builds on our established Lean Academies providing situational learning environments where concepts, systems, skills, techniques and behaviours are brought to life for those within AstraZeneca.
The role will be will be office based, but may require occasional travel globally.
What you’ll do
Lead activities to deliver and continuously improve the TPM Academy offering, maintaining effective partnerships between external consultancy teams and internal AZ stakeholders to ensure the overall solution takes account of regional, functional and cultural diversity. You will also have responsibility for the academy budget, academy utilisation and end-end delivery.
Work with regional and functional TPM/Lean Leaders and other stakeholders to engage them in the TPM Academy approach ensuring there’s sufficient support within the supply chain, regions, sites and functions.
You’ll ensure standard processes, practices, training materials and templates are appropriately positioned in the Academy, clearly and simply signposted so as to promote understanding and use across the business.
Deliver adult education, facilitation and coaching to provide an industry leading adult learning experience.
Essential skills and experience:
Technically adept with significant experience of Maintenance/Asset care across multiple sectors/technologies
Able to demonstrate successful industry related experience in TPM projects and programmes
Proven expertise and experience of leading and coaching in TPM
Broad understanding of supply chain systems
Strong working understanding of other Lean and Production Systems (e.g. Toyota) concepts and their application in industry
Knowledge about Adult Learning and “Behavioural science”
Experience in developing, delivering and facilitation of training through physical and virtual media.
A passion for digital and new technologies/techniques associated with Virtual Learning
Expertise in process, project management & improvement techniques
Track record of delivering business impact and sustained change and demonstrated understanding and application of change management principles
TPM /JiPM Certification
Six Sigma (or Lean Six Sigma) Black Belt certification/Expertise in the application of analytical problem-solving methodology
Operations leadership experience
Pharmaceutical Engineering and Manufacturing equipment
