The Traceability Deployment Team support the delivery of corporate level capability to enable the tracking of serialised products across AstraZeneca.
The team sits within Global Supply Chain and Strategy (GSC&S) which leads the design, planning, and development of AstraZeneca’s supply chains ensuring we have the most efficient and effective methods of getting life-changing medicines to patients. The activities they lead include designing AstraZeneca’s overall supply chain strategy and establishing supply chains for new products to support successful launches.
We now have an opportunity for an exciting new role as a Traceability Deployment Analyst to join our team!
In this role, we will expect you to support the Traceability team through the implementation and oversight of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) standards and execution of UAT processes. You will also be required to set up key test data when necessary.
You will hold accountability for implementing and providing ongoing support for partner data connections, working with customers, suppliers and IT to ensure data is fully mapped, interface connections established to our ICH platform and end-to-end testing is planned and executed successfully.
You may also be asked to support incident management and tracking, helping to drive continuous improvement and lean objectives.
A key part of the role will be to work cross-functionally across internal and external functions covering IT, engineering, distribution, Global External Sourcing and 3rd party suppliers to implement changes and understand key interdependencies.
Evaluate, plan and implement user acceptance testing on SAP ATTP, Movilizer and ECC platforms collaborating with and guiding site and external partner resources where appropriate.
Develop and own UAT standards, ensuring there is consistency in application.
Establish and maintain E2E data connections between AZ and our trading partners through the SAP ICH service.
Support the Team Lead in tracking Key Performance Indicator’s including change requests, exceptions and incident management.
Liaise with, and coach supply sites and global functions to identify and eliminate route cause of issues.
Work independently to create SOPs, knowledge documents and other related documents that can help standardize the processes and establish the standards within the defined scope of work.
Significant and relevant work experience.
Good knowledge of SAP ERP material master and delivery processing & data set up.
Strong supply chain knowledge.
Strong test management capability with validated experience in either System Test or User Acceptance Test management.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively to deliver work with minimum supervision.
Good team player with a solid focus on teamwork and collective responsibility.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills supporting good partnership management
Good understanding and appreciation of business processes.
Ability to identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities, new ways of working and sustained improvements.
Exposure to working on SAP ATTP would be advantageous
Prior experience as a Business analyst/Functional analyst/Process expert would be desirable.
Experience/certification in continues improvement (Lean/Six Sigma).
Experience of Traceability processes and/or data management.
